The Township is pitching in as restaurants and businesses navigate the “new normal” of restrictions and protocols in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Township’s Planning and Communications departments, along with organizations like the Tri-County Growth Collaborative and the Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber, to support businesses large and small.
That includes the creation of resource websites, as well as events like the Township Farmers Market, which kicks off July 10.
Moving forward, the Township will help businesses host “pop-up” events either at their locations or in Township parks. Details are still being discussed, and the overall plan has long-term goals of a year and beyond.
