As COVID-19 cases rise in the region, municipal leaders are asking residents to do their part to come together and inhibit the spread of the virus in the community.
Cranberry Township joins with Butler County, its school districts, medical facilities and other organizations to encourage residents to be exceptionally cautious by using the basic measures of washing hands frequently, wearing a mask, practicing social distancing and staying home when they are feeling sick.
Residents are also encouraged to avoid non-essential activities that put themselves and their neighbors at risk.
Taking these steps will not only help keep friends, family and coworkers safe, but will also help lessen the impact on local medical facilities.
Only through an organized community effort can the region begin to see a decrease in active cases that could have a severe impact on our community if left unchecked.
Together we can.
