The last piece is falling into place in the Thorn Hill Industrial Park.
Thorn Hill Sunbelt Rentals will develop a site at 215 Thorn Hill Road, which is the last undeveloped parcel in the park. The Board approved the conditional use following a public hearing May 27.
The 8,847 square foot building will house a heavy equipment sales, rental and service establishment on approximately 4.7 acres. Of that, 3.97 acres will be developed.
With the site development comes increased pedestrian connectivity along Thorn Hill Road.
