A bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, public administration, or related field is required, supplemented by 10 years of progressively responsible engineering or utility service experience with at least three years in a supervisory capacity. Five years of utility management experience in a union setting with a focus on water treatment and distribution and wastewater treatment and collections preferred.
