An updated Roadway Sufficiency Analysis – a component of the Township’s Transportation Impact Fee Program – was adopted by Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors at their June 30 meeting. The analysis forms the foundation for a revised capital improvements program – a list of transportation projects which would be funded using income generated by the Impact Fees developers pay to mitigate the effects of traffic generated by their developments. A Transportation Impact Fee Committee, working in concert with Township staff and consultants, prepared the analysis. Once an updated capital projects plan based on the analysis has been prepared, the schedule of fees charged to developers will then be subject to revision.
